Being pregnant meant she had to do a lot of changes in her lifestyle. And she found this to be a difficult task. Regrets start to sink in when her baby was born and the baby’s belly could not stop growing. Was she too late to make a change?
Hangover without the liquor
Claire had stumbled out of bed one morning. She was not feeling well. Her head hurts and her stomach was in pain. She could feel like she was about to throw up anytime. The feeling was familiar. It felt like a hangover.

But the strange thing was she did not go out to drink and party with her friends as she usually does the night before. She planned to go out but found herself feeling too tired to do anything. To everyone’s surprise, Claire stayed in and slept early.

A tough conversation

An unexpected reunion
The silence broke when the doctor spoke up. “What are you doing here, David?” David looked up and was shocked. It turned out that Claire’s doctor was David’s uncle. David forgot the possibility that they would run into each other.

Claire was happy. She was able to bring Rosy home with her the next day. In the days that passed, Todd and David dropped by frequently to check on Claire and Rosy. And all seemed to be going fine until Claire noticed something was wrong with the baby.
A revelation
It looked like Rosy’s stomach was getting larger each day. Claire thought she was probably paranoid because she worried too much. But then, she noticed that Rosy also kept touching her belly as if she felt that something was wrong.

The DNA test results came in a few days later. It confirmed that David was the father. David and Claire started dating for a few months before Claire and Rosy moved into David’s apartment. They were both looking forward to living the rest of their lives together as parents.
