People are often said to have a doppelganger, or lookalike, somewhere in the world. Things are about to go strangely crazy for Brady Feigl and another man with the same name as they learn about each other.

They recognized how similar they appeared after joining the same Texas baseball team. It was just a matter of time until they tested their DNA to answer all their questions after being fed up with how similar they look alike.
Brady Feigl
Brady Feigl, first Brady, was born in Dallas, Texas, and showed an early interest in baseball. He knew he was going to do this sport for the rest of his life and wanted to strive hard to make it to the top.
Feigl made it a point to get straight A’s in school and to thrive in athletics. He recalls his mother supporting him and encouraging him to seek a baseball career. Supportive parents really play a big role in their child’s life, especially those who are interested in sports.
That Other Brady
The next Brady Feigl was born in Houston, Texas, and grew up in the same way as the first Brady. As a kid, he enjoyed baseball. He also knew that this was the sport for him and by any means, he’ll make sure to play baseball.
However, unlike Brady Feigl, this Brady was adopted at an early age, but his parents were always kind and supportive. He was seen as more of a class clown than the original Brady, and that’s okay because we’re supposed to be different from one another.
What Is Our Common Denominator?
The Houston Brady was always curious whether he had any other siblings and was willing to meet them. When he learned that he was adopted, even though he had supportive parents he was still curious about his roots.

Baseball became the common ground between the two Bradys, allowing them to interact and bond. Both young guys understood it was something they wanted to pursue after their college studies were over.
College As A Back-up Plan
The Dallas Brady decided to major in political science in college, whereas the Houston Brady chose to major in accounting. They had different choices but their hearts beat for baseball.

When the coach first saw both Bradys, he couldn’t help himself from laughing hysterically at how they looked like the other. But this laughter will turn into frustration because he’ll be the first one to struggle.

The Texas Rangers’ baseball coach had had enough with separating the two Bradys. This gave him the ideal solution for separating the two. Their coach’s idea became effective and now they’re known for their new names.

Arthur Weasley and Molly Weasley (née Prewett) had mischievous twin wizards named Fred and George Weasley on April 1, 1978. They were both skilled pranksters who co-founded and ran Weasleys’ Wizard Wheezes, a joke business.

The Bradys were very similar to the story’s red-headed twins. Because the Bradys from Houston were more of a class clown, they resembled the Weasley twins even more. This is where their new names will be coming from.

Because they were two similar-looking men on a baseball team, their teammates teased them mercilessly. It was so bad that they almost believed they were twins because everyone kept saying the same thing!

Even Their Doctor Was Confused
Dr. Dave Andrews had the pleasure of operating on both Bradys’ elbows, but it quickly turned complicated. Even this doctor was confused with who’s who and which is which because his patients almost looked the same now.

He ended up calling the Brady from Houston, mistaking him for the Dallas Brady. The Brady from Houston discovered there was someone around who looked exactly like him after receiving the call.
Becoming Viral
Because this isn’t something that happens every day, the Bradys went on TV to tell their experience to other people. They granted an interview to Inside Edition, and the response was instant.
Relatively Interesting
Then, fans came out to the Bradys via social media with stories about meeting their long-lost twin. They didn’t know about this at first but it was just too much for the two of them to bear.
Getting A DNA Test
People from all over the country began flocking to Texas Rangers games after their story went viral on television and the internet. All of these efforts just to see the Bradys that look like each other.

Their followers were so passionate about them that they decided to start a Kickstarter campaign to earn money for them to take a DNA test. They wanted to know whether or not, they were really related to one another.
A Step At A Time
The Kickstarter goal was realized and it allowed the Bradys to take their first steps for their DNA test. They’re taking one step at a time to know the truth about their roots and where they came from.
Samples were collected from both of them for the testing. They spit into tubes to collect their saliva, sealed them with plastic wrap, and submitted them to a lab to be analyzed by experts. They had no choice but to wait
To Ellis Island
Between 1892 and 1954, many immigrants initially arrived in America at Ellis Island. One of the Bradys traveled to find out more about his German forefathers. By visiting the past, we’ll be able to have insights in the future.
He knew that Feigl was a German name, so he was curious to know if the other Brady had German ancestry as well. They wanted to connect the dots and make sense of everything that we being thrown at them.
The DNA Results
It was finally time for the Bradys to receive their ancestral DNA test results from the lab. Both of them were scared but eager to get some concrete answers. Thrilled because they don’t know the results and excited because they’ll finally have their answers.

Both Bradys discovered that they had the same amount of German heritage at about 53 percent. Now, it was now time to know if they were indeed twins and prove that they are in fact, brothers.
Unexpected Results
While the two Bradys shared the same proportion of German heritage, their results differed in every other way. And it wasn’t the way they expected it to be because they share a lot of things with each other.

The Bradys from Houston were 2% Irish and Scottish, whereas the Bradys from Dallas were 10% Irish and Scottish. After all, they weren’t twins. They were just two different people who looked almost the same as the other.
Friends Through It All
While both men were surprised by the results, they did not let it affect their long-term friendship. Because of their likeness to the Weasley twins, the Bradys are still known as Fred and George.
Relatively Interesting
That’s just how their coach distinguishes them. Despite the fact that they are not biological relatives, they act as though they are. Knowing the truth about your genetics can change your life. But this should not stop you from becoming a better version of yourself.
