During a Q&A session with fans on his Instagram stories, Finneas recalled an embarrassing moment with Taylor Swift. The incident took place at the Red singer’s 32nd birthday party last December. The singer-songwriter-producer considered the moment as the “most embarrassing moment”.
The 24-year-old musician was invited to Taylor’s birthday party last month. In front of the 11-time Grammy winner, he slipped over his words. Finneas admitted, “I said ‘thanks for coming to Taylor Swift at her own birthday party. Meant to say ‘thanks for inviting me’ or whatever obviously.”
Though Finneas was embarrassed by his slipped words, Taylor didn’t seem to mind. In fact, she was busy celebrating her birthday with friend Alana Haim.
Finneus first came to the spotlight by co-writing and producing Billie Eilish’s debut studio album named “When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go?”. He won five trophies at the 2020 Grammy Awards alongside his sister Billie Eilish. He has also worked with other celebrities including Camila Cabello, Selena Gomez, and John Legend.
