Loudly barking
As the rescue team approached the dog, there was an anticipation in the air. Having freed many animals before, they expected that once untied, the dog would scamper away to find safety from the impending fire.
However, defying all expectations, the dog remained rooted to the spot, barking defiantly at every individual who tried to approach. It became apparent that the dog was not just trying to protect himself but was also making a valiant stand for something—or someone—else.
