Not A Stick Shift
Starting it all off is the most bizarre. We understand that at a red light, most drivers relax and distract themselves with conversation or the radio but not this guy. He seems to be in desperate need of some downtime.

And he thought that in the middle of a busy road for the perfect time for it. Wearing noise-cancelling headphones with his hand and leg dangling outside the driver seat window, this guy has forgotten that he is in his car and not on his couch!
