Running a restaurant is tough, from managing staff to unruly suppliers but for Apollo, it was all worth it. The POC opened his restaurant, Kilimandjaro in Middlesbrough and it was a hit. After the first initial hump, the restaurant found its niche in sports enthusiasts who would crowd the space after every big football game.
