ABBA has made its monumental comeback by announcing the release of the new album “Voyage” on November 5. Now their pre-orders for this album have broken records in the UK. Universal Music UK claimed that over 80,000 copies were purchased in just three days.
ABBA revealed a “revolutionary” concert experience that will present a “digital” version of ABBA. That show will be held at the purpose-built. It has a 3,000-capacity ABBA Arena at London’s Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. It will take place on May 27, 2022.
Recently it was announced that Little Boots and Klaxons’ James Righton will also perform with the ‘ABBAtars’ at the series of live shows.
Little Boots said that she is “a lifelong ABBA fan” and it was “an absolute honor” to be involved with the ‘Voyage’ project. She explained, “I am beyond excited for the journey to continue and hope you can join us.”
ABBA announced its plans for a virtual tour in 2019. The band declared that they would be sharing a new track that December and later the two songs offering expanded to five last year. Now they are presenting a full album to their fans.
