Asthma triggers may vary from person to person. However, some common triggers are dust mites, tobacco smoke, outdoor air pollution, mold, pet, and some chemical smell.

Asthma can’t be cured. But you can control the symptoms. If the main trigger of your asthma is an external source, you have to avoid that as much you can.  The treatment of asthma often changes over time. So, you have to consult with your doctor to adjust your treatment as required.
