Researchers have found that working out like aerobic exercise can help people with mild cognitive decline. It also can decrease Alzheimer’s disease risk.

One year of aerobic exercise can improve cardiorespiratory fitness. It also develops cerebral blood flow regulation and memory function who has with mild cognitive impairment.

The study result is published in the Journal of Applied Physiology. It stated, “Aerobic exercise is very important for improving both vascular function and brain function.”

Professor of neurology at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center Rong Zhang said, “The brain is a unique organ. It needs constant blood flow and oxygen supply.”
