Dream Pets
As children, we often dream about the pets we wanted to own and take care of and it was all up to our parents if they would allow us to take care of these pets. If we were lucky, we would be given a pet fish, a rabbit, cat or maybe even a dog. And to be given this kind of opportunity was something that would make any kid happy more than anything.

In this story, we find that the old saying “be careful what you wish for” is true. An 18-year-old learns the hard way that sometimes looks can be deceiving and that we should never try to take on a responsibility of owning a pet if we aren’t able to make good on the promise to take care of them all the time.
