Demi Lovato revealed her untold story about her failed engagement with Max Ehrich. She mentioned that it offered a “Huge Sign” about her sexuality.
The 28-year-old star Demi Lovato stated that she is growing from her life experiences and trying to learn what truly makes her happy. Recently this star featured on the cover of the popular magazine “Glamour”. In this cover interview, she explained all the details about her short-lived engagement with Max Ehrich.
Demi and Max started dating in early 2020. They announced their engagement news in July of last year. Unfortunately, that engagement didn’t last long. It had been called off by September.
Demi said, “When I started getting older, I started realizing how queer I really am.” She also shared, “This past year, I was engaged to a man, and when it didn’t work, I was like, ‘This is a huge sign.’ I thought I was going to spend my life with someone. Now that I wasn’t going to, I felt this sense of relief that I could live my truth.”
Then she added, “I know who I am and what I am, but I’m just waiting until a specific timeline to come out to the world as what I am,” she said. “I’m following my healers’ timeline, and I’m using this time to really study and educate myself on my journey and what I’m preparing to do.”
Fans may recall that previously Demi was engaged with Wilmer Valderrama. This is not the first time she discussed her fluidity. Earlier she said that love can be found “in any gender”. She also referred to herself as “queer” in an Instagram tribute to her late Glee co-star Naya Rivera.
