Pregnancy is a special phase of women’s life. It might be the happiest part of her life. It is a time when you feel the responsibility to take care of the life you are carrying. So it is very important to choose the right foods and habits to nourish your body as well as your baby. You don’t need to take extra calories. But you have to eat healthily. You need to consume lots of fresh foods like whole grains, legumes, nuts, eggs, poultry, lean meat, and seeds to have a balanced diet.

When your baby starts to grow in the ovary, you need more nutrition. It doesn’t mean that you have to fill your stomach with lots of sugar or junk foods.
