Drew Carey breaks down crying on his Sirius radio show. Drew got emotional at that show while paying tribute to his late ex-fiancé Amie Harwick.
Amie was killed last week at age 38. Police found family and the sex therapist unconscious on the ground beneath her Hollywood home’s third-story balcony. Later she died in a hospital due to her serious injuries. Los Angeles authorities have deemed the case a homicide and one of her former boyfriends was arrested. It is assumed that he had an alleged connection with her death. Now he was charged for murder and burglary.
Romantic couple Carey and Harwick were engaged in 2017. Unfortunately, their relationship was broke up a year later. The 61-year-old The Price Is Right host said on his radio show, “I just wanted to let you know that my ex-fiancée, Amie, who I loved very much, was murdered the day after I recorded this so I didn’t want people to hear this and hear me be happy and fun and think I didn’t know it happened, or something”
He added “I just want to say, I’m so broken up,” he later said. “Even after we broke up, we still loved each other very much. Even though we broke up the engagement, I was still so in love with her. And she loved me back.”
