The 37-years-old wife of Los Angeles Lakers Legend Kobe Bryant marked their relationship milestone with that photo. Now, this sweet picture becomes more poignant after the tragic crash which is unbearable for any sensible person.
Vanessa Bryant celebrated the 20th anniversary of meeting the NBA star Kobe by sharing a photo of their first day. She shared that pic just weeks before this fatal helicopter crash. The throwback photo shows that the couple is posing next to each other where Vanessa captioning the picture as “The day we met 20 years ago”. She revealed that this photograph is the first one that they have taken together as a couple. It was the first attempt as their fledgling romance started to blossom. She captioned the picture as: “K.o.b.e. I L.o.v.e. YOU #forever #firstpic”
Kobe also shared the same romantic photograph on his Instagram profile. He celebrated their anniversary by writing this line: “On the day 20 years ago I met my best friend, my Queen @vanessabryant. He also shared a photo where he is embracing Vanessa in front of the Sleeping Beauty Castle at the Disneyland Resort in Anaheim California. The NBA icon wrote in the caption, “I decided to take her on a date to Disneyland tonight to celebrate old school style (pre 4princesses)”
Kobe and Vanessa got married in April 2011. At that time Kobe was 22 and Vanessa was just 18. Last Sunday Kobe lost his life due to a tragic crash of the helicopter he was riding in Calabasas, California.
Kobe died alongside his 13-year-old daughter Gianna and other passengers. Kobe Bryant believed that his daughter was the one to carry on his legacy. Gianna played in an Amateur Athletic Union basketball team which is coached by her father.
