In 2019, Chance the Rapper, Future, A$AP Rocky, Meek Mill, Lil Uzi Vert, Young Thug, Lil Baby, and Playboi Carti were headlined for Rolling Loud event. Unfortunately, 21-years-old rapper Juice WRLD who was scheduled to perform had died six days before the festival launched.
Previously Rolling Loud staged events in Miami, Australia, the Bay Area, and New York in 2019. But the Hong Kong event was canceled due to political unrest situation.
