When you have kids it may difficult to go for structured exercise. But you can be active by performing daily chores. Performing laundry, vacuuming and playing with kids are good ways to be active. Do your workout whenever possible

You don’t need to work out for one hour every time. If you get time for 15 minutes, try to use it fully. Short-time running or walking may be a good practice to stay healthy. You can squats and lunges while brushing your teeth. When your kid goes to bed, enjoy your favorite show through running on the treadmill.

Set your priority

When you get some free time to relax, don’t waste your time just sitting on a sofa or watching TV. Spend your valuable time by performing some freehand activities like jogging, yoga or freestyle dancing. Engage yourself in some mindful activities and it will keep your mind calm and cool.
