Keep the ingredients in the fridge

Defrost the frozen meat

Before you put the frozen meat on the barbecue oven, you need to thaw out the meat. Otherwise, the meat will be cooked only on the outside and can be raw on the inside. So before putting the frozen meat on barbecue oven keep those in the room temperature for a while.

Follow the hygiene rule

You have to wash your hands and other cooking materials properly to avoid any cross-contamination. Keep all the ready foods and raw meat separately. Do not touch the ready foods after touching the raw meat. You also need to use a separate plate or bowl to carry the raw meat and ready foods.

You need to make sure that all the necessary materials for barbecue are in place. The barbecue itself should be hot enough before starting.
