In the 14,000,605 futures that Doctor Strange witnessed, there wasn’t even one in which Gwyneth Paltrow didn’t grow up to become an actress. The daughter of actress Blythe Danner and producer/director Bruce Paltrow, her godfather was Steven Spielberg.
The woman who would go on to play Tony Stark’s love interest (and rescuer) Pepper Potts in the Iron Man and Avengers films grew up in Santa Monica but attended high school in New York City’s Spence School, an all-girls private school. This photo is from 1990, her senior year there.
