Whether it’s your average guy on the street or the Duchess of Cambridge, this rule applies to each and every one of us… well, that is, if you ever have the honour of dining with the Queen! Everyone at the table has to be constantly vigilant, that, if the Queen finishes her meal, everyone must immediately cease to eat and put down their forks and knives. The rule even applies to the rest of the royal family, including, of course, Kate Middleton.
This must be hard when the food is really good and she’s still hungry!
